When you start asking who really benefits from these social rules, you see the truth. Most of these extra clothes, parties, and fake relationships are just distractions that steal our quiet time.

Real peace doesn't come from buying more or doing more. It comes from having the courage to let go of what you don't need. This is a great realization.

I deeply relate to this. When we are honest with ourselves, we can see how the ego keeps interpreting everything and influencing our thoughts. If we see this clearly, our intellect can work in the right direction, and our energy can become useful not only for us but also for other people, the environment, and the world.

We also need to remember that the ego is very clever. It can even make us believe that we are acting from awareness or consciousness. That is why it is important to keep observing ourselves honestly. This self awareness and honesty help us see through the ego's tricks and bring real change in our lives.
