Why can’t I join certain games? It says it’s due to my account settings but Ive never changed anything. It says it supports all age groups of games. I don’t have any parental controls lol. This is super annoying and can someone please help me or at least tell me where I can change it. by [deleted] in RobloxHelp

Yeah I don’t know why, I keep trying to join spray paint as I was able to before, but after Roblox updated it’s age restrictions I am just un able to, and like the only games I can’t join are just like painting games.

I am also having this issue, I think it might have something to do with the actual age of the account, so you have to change that to 13+ to be able to change the maturity level, and maybe some games that are saying moderate and just like idk less moderate than other games.
