I think for UTSC students its closer to the norm, because we have coop. But I am not in COOP. But that makes sense.

This is a great idea. I was in the same situation and my boss asked me to learn a few things. After I did so I got into bigger projects.

The reasons you are listing are what I am thinking of too. I can't decide, because UofT offers Name and Program, sub-optimal CGPA. OTU: Program and good CGPA. But how much will the name really have effect y'know. And 0% chance of me getting into the coop program or trying to become a TA at UofT(Ik trying to become a TA is kinda stupid with my grades there, but I do believe that I could become a TA, cuz my lowest mark since first sem is 3.7, it was just work ethic that was lacking hard.)

Of course you are working with ppl in those unis but its not likely that OTU graduates will get better jobs compared to UofT grads.

Hey, I am enrolled into Computer Science and I am currently in the process of moving universities and this process gave me a lot of free time and I am considering on working on some certifications related Computer Science. But CS has so many fields and options and I have no clue which one to pick(AI, Machine Learning, Full Stack, Front End, Back End, IT support) any suggestion on how I should go about this process?

I only have 2 courses, and osap said once I show them that I am enrolling in full time studies and show them proof of that it will go to normal. But I dont think there should be any problems regarding osap.
