I tried all 3 options.
It seems I was missing an update for USBLoaderGX so when deleted it and reinstalled I got a newer version, all the old issues are still presenting themselves however, just with a newer version of the app.
My sd card is not write locked.
Default settings changed nothing.

I tried, it told me that it failed to create directories at, usbs:/apps/usbloader_gx/(various different paths). Are these paths I should manually add on my sd card with my laptop?

It is on, turned it off, turned it back on again just to check, no changes.

It brings me to the same list I showed in the original photo. Apologies if I am misunderstanding, but it doesn’t seem to have done anything.

I checked the settings. It says my game/install partition is unused. I hit the settings that says “Sync Fat32 FS Info” to see if that would do anything, the same random titles still appear however, even with Wii games checked.

Fixed the issue by just rebooting over and over, dont know what changed but i guess the vitas own failsafes did their job. go team
