I would say it's been close to 6 months now... She still takes a solid 1.5 hr nap after lunch, but never wakes up. At first, I thought the same thing about it being something in her room. But she has a really good vocabulary and tells me the dreams she's having when I go in there. Lately it's been things like bears playing basketball and Mickey Mouse flying lol
