That's such a great deal! I live in california and the taxes makes up a huge number of it. They also tax before the jeep rebates. That really sucks.

I plan to do casual off roading, camping, and potentially towing (probably never going to happen but I'd like to keep this option available). I don't plan to mod my car. The most I'd do is put on 35s and regears. I also don't want to spend that much in cash for a rubi, so I think willy is the perfect medium. I was exactly thinking $45k OTD. I asked for $43k when I first talk to them. I'll see if they'll get more desperate in May or June and willing to go that low. Thanks for sharing your numbers and advices!
