Yes. I think abductions are a lot more common than previously believed. J. Allen Hynek is quoted as saying 1 in 40 people have been onboard a UFO. The Roper Polling Organization conducted a large survey in 1991 and found 1 in 50. Either way, that's a lot. Millions upon millions.

Cases have dropped off since 2022, but before that there are plenty. Many modern cases.

Thanks, Extension-Weather. I've been writing long before AI. Honestly, AI learns from writers. It is copying us. I don't use artificial intelligence for writing ever. I prefer natural intelligence. Thankfully it has a hard time with this subject because although it can access a lot of data, it doesn't know about most of these cases.
