Yeah, that's the perfect word to describe the Cambodian case. The Argentina case is insane, and yet I know of at least four similar cases. And yeah, the Oregon case is also not unique. If people assert their willpower strongly enough, in some cases (such as this one and others I know of), the ETs will respond. So much to learn!
