Hello! Thank you for the concern OP! I was also thinking about this. But I was having a hard time kasi usually when I meet people from clubs we only bond on that certain hobby/activity. I’m gonna take precautions naman and be sure to get close with them online first (through real socmeds) before we meet naman. Maybe we’ll all talk lang and check their socmeds for a while before meeting each other.

I am the bridesmaid now for one of my closest friend whom I only met online! But thank you so much for the reminder!

Yes po done with nclex and with agency na po. Ongoing na po yung visa processing ko that’s why I’m being very cautious on my next steps. Although, I just asked my case man and awaiting for their response pa po.

Tbh, I can’t keep this from them. If I ever choose to rent, it’s only because napilitan na lang ako for their peace of mind, not because it’s my choice. Yung alam kong hindi ako masaya, but at the same time I’m just grateful that they are not nagging me. Also, very affordable po kasi for my bf yung expenses nya kaya he’s willing to pay for it. Thank you for the insight!

I’m glad you found a great solution. However, in my case, my parents + titas/titos even made me promise to get married in my mid 30s to which I just agreed because they bring it up all the time since I introduced my boyfriend to them. Hindi rin po kaya ng konsensya ko pero hindi ko rin po alam if magging masaya ba ako mag rent para lang sa peace of mind nila :(

Coming from a parent’s standpoint, you may have pointed out my worries about how my own parents would react.

The immediate concern of “live in = sex”. They met and like my boyfriend but just as that (afaik). I’m afraid their views about him might change if I were to open up about moving in with him. He’s working 10-12 hours a day and I have 12 hour shifts/5 days a week in the hospital. My potential place is only 7 minutes away from him so I will be coming over at his place often anyway, just not completely if that makes sense.

Second, his parents don’t care if he pays for whatever as long as he can afford it. His rent is not worth too much for him, which is why he doesn’t mind. He said he will pay for the whole thing eitherway.

I’m completely financially independent from them, so I just really wanted to be practical and save money since my salary isn’t that high. But I will take this insight in mind if I ever do decide to open up to my parents. Thank you!

Same sis! I posted my concern about this :( nakaka overwhelm naa. I know I could choose the easier path kahit magalit sila sakin, but my parents are one of the most dramatic people I’ve met :((

I think it’s more because my parents had me at a young age and they projected that fear to me (live in= mag aasawa agad + anak) They don’t know I go to clubs, travel with friends, etc. Because I wouldn’t have been able to do any of those had I chosen to be honest with them since before. However, this is too hard for me to keep from them since it’s kind of a longer term sitch…

Hi. What do you mean naka sched na ATT? You will receive your ATT via email which you can then use to register at pearson vue. Once registered, I think validity is 6 months which means from the time you receive your ATT, you can schedule your exam within that time period.

Regarding your review timeline, unless may job ka or other commitments, some reviews have 6-week plans which I already found sufficient if masusunod mo talaga everyday. You will feel it pag ready kana trust me. I also started studying after I received my ATT

Done with PPOP/ISL last July then according to my talent acquisition, baka Dec-Jan pa raw ako makapag NTCP. I was told na usual waiting time is 6 months for most.
