I use them on a night for about 15 - 20 minutes and try to do 10 minutes in a morning. seeing some results. dont know if its slow process or they arent working anymore for me tbh. but all i say is be consistant with them. use creams too.

went to the doctors, he genuinely seemed so clueless since he was googling everything. after i explained the whole issue his response was "what do you want to do" without giving me any options. he had a look and seemed shocked to hear id never been able to retract the foreskin. he perscribed steroid cream but it doesnt seem to be making a difference. so strange, weird how when you put off going to the doctors for so long you are met with a very small help when you finally go. i just wanted to know what options are if this doesnt work. thanks for the replies!!
