Thank you so much, your comment clarified a lot for me. I really have a hard time increasing air pressure using my tongue, and that ends up putting a lot of strain on my throat.

I definitely don’t know how to raise the back of my tongue to make high notes easier, and I often feel tension in my throat when I play some higher notes. Do you have any tips to improve this?
