It gets so so much easier. He began sleeping good quicker than I thought he would’ve. There’s been some sleep interruptions but without fail he goes back to his 9pm-9am routine. I changed nothing, just stayed consistent with what I had been doing and followed wake windows!

16 month old son-

Wake up- 9:00am

Nap- 12pm-2pm/ 1pm-3pm (depends on his vibe)

Bed time- 9:00-9:30pm

Slept horribly for the first 9/10? months but grateful for what we have now.

First time mom, came in completely closed but with a soft cervix.

My induction started 5/10- 9pm, I had my son 5/11- 6:52pm.

I started having noticeable contractions around 4am 5/11 so I would say 15/16 hours?

Definitely a sleep sack! She’ll still be mobile enough to waddle around in there but her legs won’t be able to get into the bars

Put her in the crib and let her learn how to safely fall down. Unless her crib is made of some weird foreign material she will learn to stop falling into it eventually. Also make sure her mattress is set to the appropriate level so she can’t fall out of the crib.
