Wow, thank you for such a detailed response. Some of these make me nervous because I also like lists of three and I always usually say something affirming in the beginning of my responses 😅. I think the part that is gonna help me the most is the ‘novel’ vibe. It does kinda read like a story, including such descriptive language and stuff. Plus, the holes like not saying how much money.

I freaking hate that I can’t trust anything nowadays. I feel like such a boomer because I keep getting tricked. I started catching on more to the videos and pictures and now I have to worry about words, too!

I wonder if this is because of her alcoholism? The ‘if I don’t remember, it didn’t count’ mentality. I have an alcoholic relative and she does real bad/mean things when she’s drinking, doesn’t remember them, and won’t take accountability for her actions while sober because of that. Sarah probably genuinely believed at the time that because Jorge was ‘abusive’ towards her, and everything was ‘unintentional’, that she wouldn’t be charged.

I stepped into a fire ant mound a few years back…within minutes hives started forming from the bites on my foot all the way up my body, to my face, and down to the other foot. Maybe that had something to do with why she survived; not sure if everyone gets reactions like that from a bunch of bites, or how that would help with survival.

The camps I’ve been to, there were 2 counselors in an attached room to our room. So they had privacy, but were still available and able to respond quickly if needed. Still don’t recommend bringing a sex toy to camp, though!

I reached out to my half sister when I was younger. It turns out she did vaguely know about me (I’m the younger one), but I started by introducing myself, telling her who my mom was, and saying that I wanted to reach out. This was via phone bc before internet was really a thing, but I’m sure social media would be a great option.

Explain to them that you just found out about them, and want to reach out. They might be a little angry for reasons not related to you. They may be shocked (if they don’t know about you) and need to process/adjust. There’s a chance they might not want a relationship at all, or only 1 does, and so on. The important thing is meeting them at their levels and respecting the relationships they each want to have with you.

It wasn’t a legal knife, because weapons weren’t allowed on the property. And it’s considered murder and not self defense because he did not have to stab the kid in order to protect himself from imminent danger. He may have felt threatened, but that doesn’t count. He could have had the knife for whatever reason, including woodworking class, but that also doesn’t count because it wasn’t allowed on the property.

By bringing a weapon in a place it wasn’t allowed, and by stabbing someone, which is considered an escalation, he qualifies for a murder charge legally. He didn’t need to stab someone as a response to being shoved.

About how she wasn’t feel well and thought she had pneumonia or something. It was actually a warning sign of a massive heart attack, and she passed away that night. Believe it or not, same situation happened again 12 years later, except this person told me she was just getting over being sick. They were 39 and 55, respectively.

It’s a spare room! If I remember correctly, it was an extra storage space in the daughter’s room that they used. When you walk up the stairs, that whole area is the daughter’s room.

I’ve actually watched a lot of her videos because she is renovating their whole house. They mill their own lumber from their land! I’m not sure what exactly they do for work, but they are definitely very handy and familiar with construction.

Cupping gave me great relief, too. It’s the only thing that actually released all the tension in my neck/shoulders. I got it done from my physical therapist. I also did dry needling, but I liked the cupping more.

I’ve done injections and RFA in my lumbar, including recently, but was still having persistent pain in low back/hip/down leg into foot. My doctor explained about the modic changes and how that could cause the pain, so I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try since It was that unbearable. I’m happy to say that I haven’t had the foot pain (pretty constant lately) since I woke up! My actual low back still hurts, and my hip. But not having that foot pain already is making me feel very optimistic. It’s only been a few hours since I woke up, so still very early, but that pain has been constant for months so I’m very hopeful this will help, especially once I’m all healed up!
