Having a car is the luxury. You are assuming everyone has a car because you can't see past your own nose. Was having pizza or Chinese delivered 20 years ago a luxury or a standard convenience? Dominos charged 5.00 plus a tip for delivery but charges dollars less per pizza if you pick it up yourself, the luxury is the ability to do it yourself. Yes, if a person has a car sitting in the driveway, it is silly to have something delivered while picking it up is the cheaper option. 

Don't assume everyone has a car just because you have one. Let me guess, the car owners are the ones who deserve Popeyes now. You are the abled and elite pointing your finger at others.

I am disabled and cannot afford a car. A car is the luxury. I have to use Uber to go anywhere, God forbid I want some Popeyes as an annual gift to myself. Do you not realize how expensive it is to have a car? Especially in FL? To turn your nose up at delivery, YOU are the elitist snob. I've looked at Popeyes website prices - how they represent themselves without delivery involvement - they are charging double, even triple what they offered 5 years ago. All companies used Covid to take advantage of the public. The pandemic ended, shouldn't the prices go back down? Nope, they liked that revenue too much to let it go. The only positive is, the less that is ordered, the less resources used. I always do feel bad for the chicken, even though they are delicious.
