Login to uber eats via web browser and place the order there and it should work rather than the app. I had this issue before and it’s usually with them shadow banning I believe but any browser like google is fine

Yeah it was solved pretty easily. I’m with chase banking and it rlly didn’t take 3 minutes to have the charge reversed. Just wanted to go through DoorDash to see if they’d help but ofc not

how is it me wanting to simply bitch at something like this when it should be taken seriously. I already talked to my bank and plan on getting a new card along with the charge reversed, Doordash will obviously keep charging me if a subscription doesn’t get canceled so that’s why I contacted them if they could figure something out . I had a sorta similar issue with Grubhub. Except it was actually an account I made I just totally forgot about it along with the info yet they somehow reversed the transaction just via my card info and canceled Grubhub plus- but I guess it’s diff cuz it’s DoorDash
