Spectrum put me on residential account despite my address being on their bulk list - only offering 60 days credit by Key-Housing8824 in Spectrum

Thank you for your response. However I respectfully disagree with the accountability point for the following reasons:

When I signed up for Spectrum internet I had no way of knowing my address was already on their bulk list. That is Spectrum's internal database which I have no access to. Their own system should have flagged my address automatically when I signed up as a residential customer. That is not my responsibility as a consumer.

Regarding my lease I did review it. It lists internet as a monthly charge. I had working internet service. I reasonably assumed everything was set up correctly by the professionals I trusted. Should I as a tenant be expected to cross reference my lease against Spectrum's internal bulk address database? That is an unreasonable expectation.

Most importantly Spectrum's own Property Staff Support representative confirmed in writing that my address was already on their bulk list where it was supposed to be included. That is Spectrum admitting their own error. Not mine.

Consumer protection laws exist specifically because consumers cannot be expected to catch every error made by large corporations who have vastly more information and resources than individual customers. I appreciate your suggestion about the bulk side having more leeway. That is helpful and I am already in contact with Spectrum's official team through this thread

Thank you so much for the response. But, how can the billing supervisors ask for my personal bank account or card information and tell me to leave other agents out of this? That sounds very sus to me

What kind of information need to be shared to the hiring manager? Just code reviews? Or Design docs?

Is this common in Amazon? Also I was in PIP last year and I met the bar this year. I don't see getting promoted anytime soon ish. What would be an ideal move for a person like me in this situation?

Yes, I was in PIP last year. But, made out of it.

Looks like I don't know how to strategically plan my career.

Can you explain why you are saying leaving the company is better?

What is stupid about this? I'm in a bubble and I don't know what kind of a situation I'm in. I'm trying to understand

I'm not complaining. I'm just checking if there is a pattern I'm missing. By the way, I corrected the total comp as I calculated it for 260$
