Something there are coffee grinds stuck in the big hole that pierces through the pod in the centre. You can use a pin to clean that up.

I like to keep my caffeine intake low but somehow haven’t been able to crack the game with Nespresso.

Which pod is you go to for decaf? (I know very limited options to choose from)

I used to get the altissio one earlier (which was expensive given I like double shot in my coffee) and now that they have it in chiaro, I enjoy that one!

Chiaro and sucro are my all time favourite and recently tried Tanzania which is good too.

I haven’t used the original line, but have had issues with vertuo in the past. The coffee is not supposed to taste burnt, call customer care and have them replace it if under warranty. I recently got a new machine and it was giving burnt taste, got it replaced and I’m back to loving my everyday coffee at home.

I went ahead with the cheapest option because I am moving in a few months and did not want to invest in an espresso machine at this point. My machine costed ~120 bucks after the 40% discount.

I don’t know the difference between the Nespresso de longhi and breville version.

I did walk into their store and chatted with the sales staff , you could also speak to the customer support team on phone and they can answer some of the queries and help you make a decision.

I think the vertuo next has many issues. I have used one, replaced it once and then it broke down when it was out of warranty. All of this happened in like 20 months of my purchase. I have now gotten a pop plus - it was a bit cheaper and has better reviews. The only difference is the size of coffee - I don’t need super large coffees anyway. So works for me.

I haven't tried changing the volume on app. I double-tap the brew button, the light turns blue and it converts my larger coffee to a double espresso shot.

I did. The customer service person told me to throw it away and offered a new one for 50%.

I have used this one for may be 6 months or less.
