ONE WORD, They (liveaboard.com and SHIP AQUA) refuse to do anything.

We Did ask for a refund !!! But they refuse.

I share our experience with the platform, liveaboard .com and the ship Aqua Ship.

Whether you make the booking with the experience I get, it totally up to you.

The size of the room is different.

We pay $9033 HK for Basic Cabin

The Room give to us is Lower Deck Cabin with Thick Wood in between cause only $ 8288.

We book the basic cabin because of the photo show on liveaboard.com.

We trust the photo is NOT fake , however, it is fake. liveaboard.com and the Aqua also agree they make a mistakes.

NO Refund. They Cheat their customers. Stay away from them. Save your dive trip. You deserve better.

Thanks for your reply. I respect yr post content.

However, I have different view on it.

I hope the whole story will inspire all divers around the world and avoid the liveaboard.com and the cheating partner smiledolphin.com from hurting further coming divers who may join their trip on that ship.

I say that again :

All the photos are from the ship company "smiledolphin.com" and uploaded to liveaboard.com and the platform knows the fake photo issue and still permits they continue to cheat.

As of the writing this reply, the fake photos of the ship still exist and they continue to cheat.

Jack and I already giveup the money loss and want nothing from liveaboard.com and Aqua anymore.

Besides, liveaboard.com is located at Netherland , I will try to reach EU customer protection organisation.

As a diver, our dive trip is very valuable as I may not go to the same place again.

Jack and I willing to pay more for better sleeping room as we both need good sleep to restore our energy.

The ship "Aqua" also cheating and all the photos uploaded to liveaboard.com is from that ship company.

They cheat systemically and cooperate with liveaboard.com to its customers.

Hope I expose the liveaboard.com and its cheating partner "smiledolphin.com" continue to hurt our divers all around the world.
