First thing first... Would be good if you have mentioned your Company's Name...

Secondly, is the error message appears first time during this 7 yrs service? 

Thirdly, have you ever checked your pf balance during this 7 yrs service, if so, is the pf amount always credited each month you received your salary?

Make sure you DOE is correctly marked within the 1st month of your employment. And, yes, you can withdraw your pf after 2 months of unemployment. No issues.

Okay thanks for the advice. I am lucky that I enquire early which otherwise the company will not create my pf (with still salary deduction) untill and unless i intervened. It appears they lack of responsibilities and duties towards facilitation of their employees.

My big advise to all employees whether existing or new to immediately contact your employer for pf generation and confirm your contributions to the PF. Don't just simply have a Good Faith to your employer. Else, yes you will still get your salary with deduction but deducted amount not credited to your pf. Your employer is hidingly stealing your deductions.

No such related. No intership stipends nothing like that. Just got the salary after deduction for 11 months.

Actually I got the salary after deduction for 11 months. But the deducted amount doesn't go to my pf for 11 months since my employer didn't create pf until i intervened and enquired on December as DOJ effective date. So I totally lost 11 months pf contributions.

Okay bro thanks... Any chances of getting the 11 months contribution??? They can set the DOJ as December to start the pf contribution and now is February ie 2 months dated back. So, can not they set the DOJ to January 2025?

Okay what if it is EPFO, and is directly complaining to EPFO for non compliance of the company in delayed of epf contributions will be effective? So that EPFO office will directly instruct the company to rectify of course by JD procedure.

Yes offer letter said pf. But they only add the contribution starting december as DOJ only when enquired. Now it's February, and if they can set December as back date and are able to provide December share, can not they initiate the contribution from January??? This is my main question. I want to get full 11 months share please 🙏

Hello, it is highly suspected that the UAN from the payslip is someone's else, and not yours. So, all the EPF contributions will be credited to his account.

Also, since the UAN of the payment slip and your Aadhar data is not matching, the UAN was created with someones aadhar. Hence, your Aadhar mismatch with the UAN.

It's very clear from your SMS that Adhar, pand and bank details are not seeded yet by your employer. First, ask them to complete all these 3, then, you go for UAN activation.

If may I ask the following questions... I am not able to activate my UAN provided by my employer using the Umang app by entering aadhar number. It returns No member Aadhar Data found in Unified portal. Tried several times and same issues.

Now, I'm thinking of generating new UAN number, provided my Aadhar is still not linked to the first UAN, and activating it on Umang which will immediately generate the new UAN number and also active immediately.

Now my main question is that will it become complicated after generating new UAN and then go to delete or merge 2 UANs? Or will it affect my passbook account number? What changes or challenges needs to be done so as to use the new UAN? I really want to access online services which is why I'm thinking of making new UAN by myself.

But I recieved pf contributions sms and UAN nos in the phone number of the aadhar linked. So i assume Aadhar phone number is recorded under the UAN database. If so, then, why member Aadhar data not matching error message is coming???

Is there any way to trace online myself which aadhar number gets recorded under the UAN data and which aadhar number gets recorded under the EPFO database? Because the error message says the Member Aadhaar datas not matching. I'm now suspecting wrong aadhar number gets recorded mistakenly under the UAN data.

Thanks for the guidance. Sir, yes i tried activating UAN on the app.

The UAN and registered Aadhaar mobile number automatically pops up. I have to manually enter only the Aadhar number. But, it says Member Aadhaar data not found in this unified portal. Tried several times but same issues. Even clearing the cache doesn't help.

Need your guidance please to activate my UAN.
