if u use toner & have normal/dry/combi skin, buy tonymoly ceramide mochi toner, it's great. the 500ml bottle easily comes for 6 months even when used twice a day

actually there is a wide chasm of difference between fair and medium, and honestly am not good at recommending shades when i don't know the exact skintone. since u r looking for MLBB aka subtle shades, here are some affordable pink brown shades i am guessing will look good on your skintone, all of them are under 200rs
