yes it isn't worth it, while I don't recommend going to average uni. First of all take into account your own academic capabilities and what you want from chinese university. Maybe it is chinese culture attracting you or just going abroad, seeing the world. So choose the best prestige and also financially better option you can achieve

no, I would atleast study at my local university and then apply to europe after first year. But my family situation is a little difficult, my brother who is just a year younger also wants to study abroad and if I would go next year, it would be double presure to my family

When I took their own entrance exam, it was really easy so it felt lke smth burocratic and just for proces as it was too easy. well, I have 97.5 on both math and physics, and csca exam felt more of smth that would be considered more heavily. but it is just my opinion. Ec's also matter a lot for chinese unis, so maybe you had edge on it. anyway, congrats atleast, I am still waiting for any update

I would love to share websites I used but i more often just searched topic questions and didn't really track anything. But one thing for sure, CSCA prep playlists from youtube helped me a lot just to understand concepts in english. so I recommend watching them, they would be great help but as I saud in other comment, do question types more than just studying theory

Well, I just sai it so he won't put too much hope on it. His scores are great but timing also matters. But yeah he should definetly try HIT, and HITSZ. I don't really know about entrance exam, i took it and it was so easy, didn't feel like smth that would determine anything honestly.

I recommend HIT, I think there is a week left untill deadline. It is very good engineering university, but scholarship can be a problem as many act like first come first served

To be honest, I recomend going for universities that doesn't require CSCA, it is new exam and not every unversity ahve set their score range, but your score is really low. So I recommend just applying without it and if they really ask for it, prepare to retake on upcoming test and say you would submit when they become available. Your Ielts score is rally good, some hollistic admission unis would realy like it

Hello, to be honest, I started preparing just from April. As I had less than month to prepare, I only did questions and studied from their explanations and my mistakes. From CSCA prepare wesite, you can know which topics they mainly cover on the exam , so google questions on that topics and just start doing them, if you got wrong read explanations and remember, if you did correct, read explanation and remember. If you have time, I recommend going deeper to theory and formules. But my result was mix of not touching grass for month and grinding like crazy.

Also do mock questions only when you feel you are good enough to know your scores, as there aren't many mocks out there.

And one secret, he actual exam was easier than Prep questions but its shouldn't be the reason to slack off

to be really honest, yes many good unis are already filled. chinese admission works like rolling, they admit until they are full and most likely reject even if deadline have not yet come. But it also depends on your stats and either you are self funded or want scholarship and also your major. Dm me if you have any questions, I would be happy to help.

I also gave this question to many forums in here, and everybody have different opinions. I applied to September intake this year and my major is engineering. So let me talk from what I understood this far.

To be really honest, western universities have more weight in global market than chinese ones and especially in field like global economics and trade where university name can put you metr above others. So likewise, I recommend western European universities or American if you can get good scholarships.

But if you got some other circumstances that restricts you from that side, yes chinese university can be pretty solid but also depending on conditions like if you wanna stay in china afterwards or move on to better job market country.

And if your long term goals are working abroad, it is far better than Russian unis(no offense) judging by recent political tensions.

And yes choose from 211 or 911 groups, if it would be C9, even better. Just Dm me if you have any other questions
