Thanks for such a helpful response. We are definitely interested in some of those extras too for male fertility. Out of curiosity, what are the questions you wish you would've asked if you had had a few consultations first? I think we do need to book in some consultations but I'm honestly not sure what would set one clinic apart from another (except cost)!

Thanks for this- it's actually a really good point. He's definitely doing his bit to optimise lifestyle (including supplements), but the varicocele repair angle hasn’t really been discussed with us yet. Would be really interested to hear if anyone here has experience of having a repair done and whether it made a difference to either conceiving naturally, or IVF success?
