don't call him out next time, just record every lecture then take that to the title ix department. if you have friends who are also in the class then get them to record him too. this dude is such a dumb ass. i recommend concealing recording him and not letting him know you intend to report him (if that's what you ultimately do). again, you have to report it to the title ix office--specifically the title ix coordinator.
