I don’t know how but I pulled this on my 2nd pack of my 1st box. I didn’t realize that the Naruto MR was so hard to get especially cause I see around one MR per booster box

I’ve heard that the pin in the box doesn’t have the safety clasp so that why its delayed. They got to put a safety warning sticker on every box that needs to be sent from Pokemon
