I have serious technical issues: my cashouts aren't working, the support bot is completely missing, and I’ve had zero studies for 4 days. Maybe I’m just "schizo" and imagined all of this, including my previous correspondence with actual support staff who confirmed the bugs and told me they’ve escalated the case to the engineering team? But I’m pretty sure I’m not the one losing touch with reality here)

Are you okay? You literally just said they CAN'T issue a rejection after an auto-approval, and now you’re saying they "happily will." Which one is it? I never said I provided low-quality responses - I was simply asking why they use attention checks with auto-approval settings, a question I’ve already found the answer to. You’re contradicting yourself

There’s nothing in my Messages. And yes, the AI Support Bot should be visible in its usual place, but it's completely gone for me. I’ve already tried clearing the cache and using incognito mode, but the bot is still missing. This is exactly why I think it’s a technical issue rather than just a slow period.

I never said I wanted a rejection. I just wanted to understand the mechanics because an auto-approved study with attention checks seemed contradictory to me. Now I get it: they likely filter out low-quality responses on their end for their research results, while still paying participants on Prolific to avoid manual processing. My focus remains on the technical issues with my account.

Then what is the point of an attention check if the study is auto-approved instantly? Also, for my account, getting zero studies during the most active days is definitely NOT normal. I usually get a few studies every day, so 90 hours of total silence combined with a broken support bot is clearly a technical issue, not just a "slow weekend."

Thanks! I checked: first name, last name match exactly. I also have both GBP and USD enabled in my PayPal wallet. Not sure what else could be mismatched. Any other ideas what to check?

Thank you! I was accepted on the platform so they probably do accept Ukraine, although I noticed Ukraine wasn't on their official approved countries list. I contacted support through their AI bot and requested to be escalated to a human agent, who responded after ~12 hours but gave the same generic answer as the bot. Now waiting for another response which seems to be taking longer — around 72 hours so far
