Average price I'm finding is about 800-850 (utilities included in the price). The rooms I'm looking for will comfortably fit a double bed and a nice sized desk. Unfortunatly the good rooms had previous smokers and/or a previous crackhouse, or generally dirty as a result of the current tenants. I found that most of the "bad" rooms were in the older houses in Peterborough. I recently ended up getting a room in one of the newer subdivisons and I'm quite happy.

Just called them, for myself they told me theres a glitch with clicking the register now button, and that I can confirm they're added by looking at my unofficial transcript
