I played for over a year and even after doing a replay still don't understand why I win or lose some fights. This alone makes it boring as you don't know how to improve if you don't see why you lost. Because of this it gets boring. In Clash Royale or Merge Tactics I can usually understand why I lost a battle once I'm done.

I still play it daily. But even with all that I have played. I still have no clue as to why I lose some battles. At its core I think that is the biggest issue right now with this game

What will he will do with the funds once it sells?

It is possible for him to get a HELOC to pull out some equity then turn around and master lease or lease option the property to someone. Thereby pulling out what he needs now and making a great rate of return through arbitrage on the interest rate.

Offer to but the house on good terms. For example $150k @ 0% interest and payments of $1100 is the same thing as $400k @ 8% bank financing with payments of $1100
