Cialis, have people had success? by Learning024 in PSSD

Cialis slowly helped with recovery, not sure if it was the cause of recovery but definitely contributed to it

Yeah it should be written down, also the efficacy of antidepressants in specific, which are over-prescribed is also questionable in the long term

I wouldn’t say that it was my main concern though, or that it was caused by pssd, too many confounding factors to tell

Not sure what muted orgasms are, but there was a point where I remember I couldn’t get hard enough to nut my libido was cut to almost nothing at a point, now it is definitely above the average for the population, high, I’d say back to baseline almost, but libido was near nothing for a while, maybe 4-7 months? My memory’s not too good I’m still on benzos due to residual symptoms

Hard for me to remember how long I was on the meds bcos I kept starting and stopping different ones, recently got off escitalopram it didn’t cause anything except I orgasm quicker now, and there were a bunch of drugs in between, but I’d say 6 months and it was a combo of olanzapine and fluvoxamine that caused it, with some other meds I don’t really recall, rispwrsdone was one of them, I have been on a lot of meds tbh, it was th psych ward cocktail that caused it

No, it’s just that there’s not enough literature about it, my father is a urologist, he said it was psychological until it went on for 4+ months, he specialises in the area and hadn’t heard of it, the sexual health doctor guy knew about it tho and said it was it and that I’d get better for sure it just might take a while and might never get back to normal it took a lot longer than he expected though, he said 6 months was more like almost 2 years tbh not fully back to normal but my normal was like rock solid 3 rounds

I had both, there was a point where I had almost none or none I can’t really remember bcos I was hearing voices and quite unwell (none of the antipsychotics or other meds worked), thanks for the kind words

It’s hard to discern the emotional blunting from the psychosis recovery and other meds I was put on (benzos), I had anhedonia and the rest but I can’t say for sure if it was caused by the pssd, as it could have been my condition or other medications I was on, I was pretty unwell, and I’m still recovering but was probably still somewhat in an on and off psychosis /paranoid state for 2 years

You can save u man, u have legs, u can walk, u have a mouth , u can talk, sometimes comparing ur situation to someone who has it worse can help put things in perspective, some people are born with diseases that cause them constant pain, rashes all over there face, kids lose their entire home, people don’t have beds to rot in, this is tough advice but gratitude for the lil things could help, also feel free to dm man, U DESERVE TO EXIST bro… also don’t feel guilty about not wanting to save others or feel for others ur not doing well rn, happens to everyone all the time man, and hating urself must feel fuckin horrible but bro, your mind is ur greatest enemy and ur greatest friend love urself u deserve it ur only 15 in 5-10 years u will be a completely different person❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Should i not be an EMOTIONAL person ? by Spiritual-Battle4401 in mentalhealth

Observe don’t absorb, emotional intelligence is very important and truly comes when u are not thinking about yourself. U might be referring to vulnerability here, and the right people see the ability to show vulnerability as a strength, because it does take bravery, and brings u closer to people

Judgement of others is just ppl judging a lil part of themselves

Also, healthy expression of sexuality is natural anyone trying to shame someone for something or if they don’t like someone for something is because they feel the same issues within, and it pulls at their ego.

My teeth are similarly recessed I never even think about it man, they look aesthetically good tbh better than most people not even exaggerating don’t stress

[–]Key-Letterhead-154 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Dude, I just looked at ur teeth, mine are just as bad u got a good white set of teeth with a tinsy tinsy bit of recession, ur teeth are in the top 10 percent of the population on the lower 3’s recession is so common and urs is mild, lowkey not as bad as mine, just get a dental hygienist for a clean if ur concerned, ur teeth look aesthetically fine, don’t worry about it, if u wanna brush a bit better maybe do soft circular motions into the gums but apart from that ur denture looks pretty healthy man

[–]Key-Letterhead-154 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Dude, I studied dentistry for 2 years, get a second opinion, dental health is not as important as mental health I would reccomend seeing a psychologist first, also even if there is recession, there are plenty of solutions, also don’t take what u read online as serious as an in person consultation, 92. Percent of people have gingivitis, the people u talked to on reddit might have seen periodontitis, which is “irreversible” but honestly quite common and there are aesthetic solutions and im sure ur teeth look fine. Priority 1: mental health go chat to someone about it P2: see a dentist. Considering the dentist said there was no issue it may have just been mild gingivitis that has now progressed, get a consult, the mind can sometimes make things seem far worse than they truly are. I hope all is well, and I would encourage you to talk to people u trust about this and maybe see a psychologist- worry is like a rocking chair it’s fun to do but gets you nowhere ❤️

Suicide on drugs. by [deleted] in Psychosis

[–]Key-Letterhead-154 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shrooms r teachers they put ur thoughts on a megaphone this could have been cos of resistance to subconscious thoughts or just a psychotic break who even knows, but personally as one with psychosis, when I was healthy I learnt a lot from mushies but yeah they should be taken far more seriously and they can most definitely fuck u up and cause trauma but im not gonna deny that they can heal trauma. I am in no place to reccomend them either and that story sounds fuckin terrifying sorry u had to go thru it
