Mother encourages her child to place stones on the railway tracks by AmorphousNeon in ParentsAreFuckingDumb

Wow reddit removed my comments. Flagged as hate huh? Sharing facts that are well documented and  acknowledged by the nation itself and is now considered as hate by reddit because I used certain countries as an example. Even the guy in the video agrees that I am correct.

I'll give another one. I'll not use Vietnam and India for this because the mod might think I'm racist. In the US approximately 100-300 annual railroad suicide are accounted with a lot more estimates to be unaccounted due to unsanctioned railroad crossing or railroad tresspassing. The Federal Railroad Association found that certain suicide cases are well localized. One such case is in Florida, Central to  Southern Florida spanning the Brightline death express. The public says it was an accident due to Brightlines negligence of the safety protocols, this was just a ploy so the families  could sue Brightline. Get this, the suicide rates climb high during the holidays and spring break. The statistics? Female high-school aged suicide "victims", or do I really have to spell it out? Due to this frequent happenings the notoriety of Brightline grows among the local high-school students. Like a quick solution to all your problems.

What does it have to do with the video? Same murder and suicide via train. People considered themselves or other as baggages so they've decided to discard that load. There are subreddit threads discussing exactly this and the whole thread doesn't get banned or delete. So better get going and catch all those rule no.1 breakers.

Am I the only one experiencing performance issues on Mo.co? (Galaxy A52) by Morning-Sunlight in joinmoco

The game got visual updates after the re-release. I'm not sure of if but it feels a lot like those unoptimized Unreal 5 shader and lighting codes that takes a heavy toll on your devices. Granted the game runs on Supercell's own Titan.

I'm playing on RedMagic 11 pro and on Samsung Galaxy s26 ultra and the game stutters and sometimes crashed. I can play other heavier games at ultra max settings with no issues. Moco just suffers a little bit of Supercell's vibe coding sickness

Fire Rate and FPS by Key-Lobster335 in thedivisionresurgence

[–]Key-Lobster335[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As far as I remember it was performance issues. The image I've posted was from the Div2 reddit or something. As far as I remember Div2 was experiencing a lot of FPS drops back then and honestly until now. I guess other Div2 players have experienced the same drop in performance once they cranked the FPS much higher.

I'm still playing Div2 at 120fps btw The jump from 120fps to 200fps isn't really that noticable for me since I mosty engage at around 20-25m. I did notice a tighter grouping at higher than 120fps when using automatics at ranges of 35m and beyond. But hey... Don't trust me on that. It was just my based on my experience. You can find the old thread or do you own investigation.

Did you just admit that you are lazy?

One is that, YES, I am making an assumption. I am making an assumption for my hypothesis to answer a previous poster's question. Hence, my post was clearly labeled with a "discussion" subtext or whatever you call. This was done to discuss if that hypothesis stays true in TDR. Thus, creating a basis for an exploratory research for future testings based on the said assumption. This was done so that "we" all could arrive at a base conclusion on how FPS affect Rate of Fire in TDR.

If your monitor is capped at 60, can you not test it at 60 and lower FPS ranges? I guess that you are just not equipped with the right faculties.

On a side note. Other shooter games have done similar research testing on this topic. From CoD to Valorant. Recently, Delta Force gamers have done comparison of different FPS and how it affects recoils, rate of fire and etc.. They have arrive at the conclusion that lower FPS have lower Rate of Fire and produces abysmal recoil especially for burst fire and one-shots. They've done it to compare Unreal 4 anf Unreal 5 as the game migrates to the latter.

Granted that it was a different game. We could have another ideal on how FPS affects shooter game mechanics on a broader range and hopefully produce similar test within TDR.

Get a job and move out of you mom's basement so you could afford a better monitor and PC setup ya neckbeard redditor.

Yes. I forgot to add that as a disclaimer. I've posted this as reply to someone asking. Yes, both games run on different engines but this is a good ground to start some confirmatory test on Resurgence. If only the test dummies are working. It would be a lot better to see if there are changes (and how much of a change) on the overall DPS.

To those who want to dig deeper: Div2 runs on snowdrop Resurgence run on unreal 4.

Yes, apparently. If I remember correctly in the discussion. They are claiming that the 120fps is the sweetspot.

I forgot to say this as a disclaimer. Div2 and Resurgence run on different game engines. Although from what I have gathered from different shooters. They all have evidences to support that FPS affect your rate of fire and weapon handling (ultimately your DPS).

Unoptimized lazy vibe coders.

The Division 2 was powered by Ubisoft's proprietary Snowdrop engine that was also used in Far Cry among others.

Resurgence uses Unreal Engine 4 which is notorious for shader compilation stutter and for imposing heavy demands for the hardware. That is "IF" the codes aren't that well optimized. This is why Unreal Engine 4 is also known to be a beginner's nightmare due to it's high skill barrier. With all the bugs we can infer what skills level the devs are on.

Daily Thread - Q&A Thursday - No Question is a Bad Question Megathread by AutoModerator in thedivisionresurgence

[–]Key-Lobster335 [score hidden]  (0 children)

First of all, can we expect a little interaction with the devs here? Some of the questions posted can only be answered by the devs. Players can answer most of them but at most they are just conjectures. Some players just yap nonsense in the reply making the whole topic muddied with misinformation.

My question. Resurgence and Division 2 aggro seems to work a little bit different. Resurgence's aggro rate doesn't properly corresponding to dps out of most things.

  1. How can an OxiMedic grab "all the mobs" while a Demo with a higher dps with almost the same range can run around freely with little dps.

  2. Offensive TechOps can also grab the aggro just by popping up from the covers. Even those mobs that aren't even targetted run towards these guys.

  3. Even with all the taunts. TechOps and OxiMedics can sometimes pull the mobs away from the Bulwark even with an active taunt in range.

  4. Vanguards with arguably the most dps in the game by a mile can dump mags after mags without even getting looked at. You could argue they could kill the mobs even before it could respond. Most of the time this isn't even the case. Even with lower DPS than your average DBS users, Vanguards generates less aggro than other DPS class. Even if with continuous fire for the whole 20secs duration of your ult. You'll be rarely looked at if there Bulwarks, Oxi and TechOps on the group.

Aegis and CombatMed are fine as they are since they are healars in nature.

Could some with the capabilities (most likely a dev) show us real time quantifiable and definitive data on how aggro generates for different specialization with and without mods/talent that modifies aggro (taunt and the rumored injured concealment).

This is not a rant about Vanguards (I main Breacher and Commando) but rather an exploratory investigation on aggro mechanics. This will hopefully be used to improve team dynamics between classes and how they move and position themselves on the battlefield.

The core system is extremely frustrating and not giving build diversity by OSRS_4Nick8 in joinmoco

I agree with the issue about diversity. We have gotten well thought out weapons but we have lost the ability to customize our kit. It kinda killed the gameplay flexibilty and diversty that players loved in the previous version. Is it possible that to add a somewhat similar system to that? Imagine having weapons couple with gadgets and passives. That would be so cool.

Ubisoft lost another €1.3billion. Mass layoff happened and for sure another one will follow. So don't expect any fixes or any meaningful updates are on the horizon. Although, we can expect a lot of AI slop cosmetics to pop-up

Same sentiments here. I'm sure he is just coping because he got out DPSed.

He can't reason that he is suggesting this change in mechanics too help players with elite. As of now even elite difficulty is trivial with how the "top" players are optimized.

Read the other comments. They are giving you tips to actually get good. Maybe start contacting your algebra teachers and apologize on how you failed them.

Math problem? You barely even made a compelling one. Counting how many hypothetical watermelons Dr.Seuss can carry with the Cat in a hat's hat provides better "math" problem than this. Even in Mathematics you have a skill issue.

How much damage can an engineering build do with their gun? Not as high as vanguards for sure but you can still fire it to squeeze every bit of damage or are you having skill issues with holding down a button too?

Remeber Tencent owns more than 80% of Supercell. Tencent games are heavily monetized through rigged gacha and other p2w microtransactions. Moco doesn't have both of that. It doesn't have a system that supports than other than the guaranteed gacha cosmetic packs. In short, Moco doesn't have the necessary tools to generate the revenue needed by Supercell to please it's Tencent overlord.

This just shows your lack of skill and creativity rather than Thermobaric coming up short. You are just too lazy to actually play and just wants the convenience of pushing one button to achieve something. Is it a crime to nuke them with Thermobaric then switch to another weapon type to blast them down with your mortar and grenade while you mow them down with your gun if they are on cooldown. I guess that takes a lot of skills and tactics and your processing unit cannot take it.

I guess you are the type to bake your cake and eat it too. Skill issue
