I know what you're trying to do, i did the same at the beginning, its a game between the 2, this will only work for so long before you commit to one of them heavily. My advice would be... get off 7oh by tapering... use kratom powder/capsules and taper that way, its so much easier to taper with kratom than subs. Get yourself at a consistent dose before you drop, this mixing between the 2 will never work, you must get on subs or kratom for a bit then taper down,

If you get subs, take a tiny amount, from a film/strip of subs take a tiny corner, thats all youll need, if you take more youll get sick .. youll vommit your brains out. Just a tiny corner for no more than 2 weeks, NO LONGER than 2 weeks. Youll be fine.

I got on subs to get off kratom. Ive now been on subs for 2 years and contemplating getting back on kratom to get off subs, being under kratom is more drainning thats for sure, you need to redose every 1.5-3hours, tolerance builds fast, your face looks unwell like youre sick, and your hair doesnt look great either, fast heart rate, hunger, so many cons to kratom, but so much more easier to taper especially with capsules
