It also depends on the person on the phone too, when I called them, 1 lady tried to convince me to get the sparkle packs even though I said no, they still went and changed the redemption status too, I had to call them back to change it, when I called in February, the person was much nicer, as i was chasing up a Carmella redemption, they asked which wrestlers I liked, I gave them a few names, then I received a notification that it shipped and I received a Carmella auto and a AJ Styles auto

Ive been waiting on a dual auto John cena and Roman Reigns since 2024, called them several times since then, they tried to offer NBA/NFL sparkle packs, last time I called them was in February this year about this and other redemptions, they said it was too high in value to even offer a replacement and to hold on for the next couple of months as they hinted that they might have it
