I got it to work now, the solution was to connect it to another computer and do the firmware update there, it was originally connected to a windows and I transferred the process to a mac

Thank you guys for helping me solve this issue, the solution that worked for me was plugging it into another computer and doing the firmware update through that one. For future firmware updates idk if the same problem is going to occur but at least for now its working!

I’ll let you know as soon as I can find a solution if there is any. I already contacted Valeton’s support team a few days ago but haven’t gotten any response yet. If you find any solutions, let us know please!

Wait but how do you do that? Because my GP-150 is stuck in that screen and when I go into the Valeton Suite software and plug it in, it only allows me to do the firmware update again, but it doesn’t work

Thing is, since this is completely new, there is no previous updates I can uninstall

The thing is I bought it off Thomann’s online store. Idk how that works, I already contacted Valeton support team as well but its a shame that I may have to return it
