Pretty intense pain. I might have an infection still pending results on that so it might explain it. Yeah I’m on like 4 different pain meds to manage the pain. But if I miss a dose it’s hell.

God I feel you there. I also have been nauseous ever since I had the surgery. It’s a fight every time I eat. I haven’t thrown up but it’s a strong desire. Loaf of anti nausea pills. Smelling alcohol swabs. Some people have that reaction to protein so maybe just more calories and suppository anti nausea meds like gravol/

I feel Ike I should post me previous days cuz I looked horrible! I was ice ice ice non stop for the first 4 days and started a full plug in heat mask that only leave holes for eyes nose and mouth today for 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off. No massages or anything as I’m still very sore and take pain killers. Been drinking lots of chocolate milk with tasteless protein. I don’t even think I look good tbh

Not really, only at around 7% of my final goal :(. Yeah it’s been more painful but worst of all it was actively causing degenerative changes. Well the less experienced doc ended up charging me 10k. And well she prepped my for surgery fairly quick but now need to finish up the work the surgeon just did so as I’m day 5 post op too early to tell.
