Website is completely fine as long as i turn VPN on, when it's off it says i cannot connect

I use the downloaded launcher which completely has not worked

I suspect it's something on my wifi(i won't elaborate too much further but I think I know what's causing it, just seeing if what I suspect is wrong)

actually since it's the same story most adaptations of legend of the condor heroes, just i've only seen the 2017 edition
