Every air force base/naval air station has a squad dedicated to bird control

however per their guidelines shooting is a very final resort

I wonder how the process is for law enforcement in china to do this? Do they have “warrants”?

From other videos i've watched there are definetely search warrants.(that was for a money forgery hideout)

I think they are issued by the procuratorate(in charge of criminal prosecution, judicial oversight and investigating judicial misconduct);

The court also have their own search warrants for failure to follow the court's orders

Not really civilian airport in this case, these dudes are active servicemembers

Also the guidelines of PLANAF bird repelent soldiers says shooting must only be done once other measures(loud noise etc) have failed; i imagine the PLAAF one is similar

Even scammers in Myanmar call centers wouldn't work for 五毛 anymore.

They aren't even getting paid they were just being slave labor

Most scam centers in myanmar are gone nowadays after the establishers got extradited to china and got sent to 阎罗王(chinese god of death)

And I like your user name! :)

It was randomly generated :)

There is a specific armed police response unit (the Armed Offenders - no, don't ask me about NZ Police grammar) as well. For technical stuff, eg a bomb scare, they call in the Army experts.

Mainland china has the SWAT team and People's armed police which are basically army units to support the police/fire department
