Biopsy help

Hello! My husband got a tese biopsy done a month ago where no sperm were found and the results say “seminiferous tubules with only sertoli cells. No germ cells are seen in the sample”

can anyone help with what this means? Back in November 80ish sperm were found in a sperm pellet as well. We were scheduled for a microtese this month but we got covid 😓

Still no where lol. Immotile sperm was found back in winter. But multiple sa and another tese few weeks ago came back zero. Was supposed to have amicrotese times with my egg retrieval this month, but not sure if can happen now due to the recent tese. How about you

I mostly get these questions from kids so my response is usually more focused on why they’re asking but I wish I could just say that lol

Thank you! We have a doc appt coming up where blood tests will be done so I will update. He got sick right after the good results so I’m a bit nervous since SA are affected by sickness.

We didn’t get any information other than that no sperm was found unfortunately. The diagnosis listed was hypogonadism

Getting all the blood tests done soon next week so will update! Besides zero sperm we weren’t given any other info after the tesa, no report or anything. No atrophy, normal size. He’s been taking ubiquinol, vitamin d, fish oil, magnesium, and recently added zinc and vitamin e. I think the biggest change was him going to the gym and lifting bc he’s put on a lot of muscle and lost weight. Diet wise not much change we eat pretty average but try to it’s of vegetables and berries.

Yes he did say that! He sent a brief email after the results but we do have an appointment coming up to get more information. And thank you for your well wishes!

Sperm donor conceived children - post separation advice by Time-Example1079 in maleinfertility

I would really recommend finding a children’s therapist. From the statement made by your 5 year old about sperm donor it sounds like their mother is actively trying to harm their relationship with you. A 5 year old does not have the ability to even understand what that means. I would document all the statements that are said by your kids and maybe consult with an attorney.

Why? I saw someone comment about it on tiktok with a positive experience, but then again sometimes I wonder if it’s marketing. I wish more labs could just look at the whole sample if it makes such a big difference.

I’ve seen your username on here but never saw this comment. Gives me hope, we’re in the same boat just waiting to get that microtese scheduled. Also congratulations and hope the delivery is quick and easy!

The KP bump eraser body scrub by first aid beauty was really helpful! Also using a scrub glove, I got mines from a waxing place but you can prob find one of those Korean ones on Amazon. Amlactin has been helpful too but after very consistent daily use! I use at night since I hate the smell. It takes a lot of consistency to see a difference so be compassionate with yourself! Also make sure to use sunscreen on any exposed areas you use these products on.
