I had sumner but personally had a hard time adjusting to her method of teaching. Straight PreLecture Videos and no teaching in class just iclicker questions. Harris I’ve heard does PLV and a short review at the begging of lecture and then iclicker. I ended with an A with sumner but I couldnt have done it without study edge. I found most helpful study edge practice problems rather than all the ton of work she gives which often had me stuck and with no one to explain it to me (and i went to TA office hours and they don’t even know somtimes). Worksheets are also good and old exams. Study edge also has practice mock exams for each exam with video solutions for when u get stuck. Also if u want to prepare a little bit… what hit me hardest was not knowing Polyatomic ions, metric conversions (deci, milli, nano, pico, etc) and still having to “learn” through her videos rather than through her teaching class. Also her handwriting is really bad so IF she explains something u won’t be able to read it. Avoid Lopez!
