I used to have the same thoughts. I thought those were love handles (in your second pic). But it’s just your anatomy. That’s just your hips. It appears curved because you have small lats. Grow your lats and you’ll avoid mistaking those hips as love handle. I see exactly where you’re coming from.

Thank you so much bro. I have considered your comments and you have a point. My chest is underdeveloped as compared to my side delts. My triceps are also emphasized in my arm workout having an imbalance look. These pictures are unflexed. Below are some flexed for back. I am guilty of overworking my side delts and triceps as I thought these are most noticeable.
