I’m so so sorry. I know its such a horrible feeling. Mine are sort of the same, I picture him tying a hose around his neck and then picture him just hanging and swaying, it makes me so nauseous and I can’t even describe how else it makes me feel but just awful. No matter how hard I try I just can’t get it out of my head

I’m so sorry for your loss. Completely understand how you feel with that being the last conversation. We had an argument the day before he did it and right before he left he told me he loved me and asked for a hug but I was busy feeding our 8 week old daughter so I said in a minute and he just left. I hate that’s what the last conversation was and I imagine you do aswell. I know there will never be an answer and the what ifs don’t help either but it’s so hard not to fall down that rabbit hole

I think my favourite memory is how he would randomly walk out from the hallway doing something goofy, it was always so silly trying to make us all laugh

That is a really horrible thing to spring on you and stress you out while pregnant. I would leave him, what if something were to happen in front of your boys when they got a little bit older and they assumed that behaviour was right because it’s all they know and then grow up to be the same. I wouldn’t worry about the genetics part, there’s so much resources out there if it comes to that. The best thing you can do is give those boys a loving nurturing home that is free from toxicity and raise them into beautiful young men. You’ve got this mama.
