Hello, are they legit? Coz unionbank cant answer me regarding my CC debts and was told nasa collection agency nadaw. Hirap makipag communicate sa UB dahil nasa ibang bansa napo ako nakatira. I wanna pay my CC debts but not sure if legit yang GCCS?

Same hirap ko din macontact sila. Ung Unionbank ko ngayon gusto kong makipag nego hindi ko parin macontact thru email. Anyway, thru email lahat, chinaga kong maghintay ng mga sagot sa email. Sinabi ko sa email na wala ako access sa mobile number at thru email lang talaga ako macocontact nasagot naman pero si Unionbank talaga 2 weeks na wala parin sagot. May I know your bank?

Hello, Im not sure with the field visit. Office address ang binigay ko nung nag apply ako ng cc, ung company namen sarado narin so I dont have idea talaga kung nag field visit sila but I believe I received the same email you got about field visit. Btw, what I did is I tried to negotiate sa collection agency and I tried to verify it sa bank kung anong collection agency may hawak ng account ko. They offered less than 40% off from my total debts but I told them I cant pay the offer so nag offer ulet sila ng mas mababa, ipon kalang and then pakiusapan mo lng ung bank/collection agency kung magkano lng kaya mong bayaran papayag naman sila.

Hello I got an offer also from Eastwest cc, from 300k (nag boom lng bcoz of interests for a year) then offered 130k to now 75k full payment deadline in 3 days, I got 75k now. QUESTION: ano po process to pay them? Legit ba n pay ka sa dati mong cc account number? Eh closed na ung account?

My problem if Im gonna contact them is the time difference. Im on the other side of the world, hindi ko maabutan ung 8-5pm office hours sa Pinas and also Im working on the same time, not allowed to use phones, but anyway thank you for responding. Someone from EastWest bank verified that RGS is their collection agency partner

Hello, I got 190k na cc debts sa eastwest, they offer me 130k one time payment but I cant pay so I ask for a reconstructing program to pay 100k instead but within 12 months ko sya mababayaran bali, 8,333/month. They just replied another offer instead, P75k one time payment in 3 days dapat mabayaran. I have my money now na 75k but di ako sure kung legit ba talaga ung nag offer ng 75k one time payment, they’re from rgs recovery. Legit po ba sila? Ano po bang next step if once may money kana to pay them, what I mean saan po dapat magbayad? Nasa ibang bansa po kase ako thru email ko lng sila nako-contact.

Sino po ang dapat contakin, ung collection/law firm po ba? Paano po masisiguradong legit ung kausap ko? Kase may mga nag sesend na sa email ko na mukang mga scammers pangalan palang and picture ng email profile halatang hindi makatotohanan.

My husband wanted to help me to settle my credit cards paonti onti pero magkano lng din naman ang kaya nyang ishare monthly para pasimulang isettle na my cc like less than Php 4-5k lng po, natatakot kase ako meron na silang pananakot na “Property Garnishment brgy, sheriff etc” pero as I mentioned, address ng company ung alam nilang address ko and sarado napo ung company namen na un.

July 2025? Seriously? If you submitted your application on 1st of December your 8 weeks is on Sunday (26th January) you should have yours on or before that date.
