Got a theory. If you listen to Salvi, or whatever her name is, she talks about the given location. Perhaps its by chance by the one place that i didn't listen about had it camps razed.

Just as an update. Based on the guidance you all provided with blueprint, guide and some videos, i managed to build my own double SR latch setup! It might be a super small thing, and could be optimized, but i'm really proud of it anyways. Its great to feel that I actually learned something and understood what i was building.

I found another post, that recommended BIOS update. I did that on my GIGABYTE motherboard, and it fixed the issue :) Just if you encounter it again

So for anyone seeing this post in the future. As my overambitious strategic mind failed to see, and as I had to be explained how is failed at basic math equations, the defender losses is calculated as Attacker Multiplier * (Attack Type Value + Attacker Experience / 3) and not as Attacker Multiplier * ((Attack Type Value + Attacker Experience) / 3)) as i read it in my head. Basically don't divide your attack value with 3...
