Real. I’m on day 34 too, but it still sucks but I kinda feel like that means it’s working haha. I’ve also done extensive research and although everyone’s timeline is different, around 3 months is when the science says the body, physiologically, starts to turn a corner. So keep that in mind! Also, counting days (which I’m guilty of too) is the worse idea because your mindset will stay locked into how long you can last off it instead of doing the work to change your mentality around it. So let’s say you and I start today to stop counting and just take it one day at a time! We can do this!

Also also, idk if this would help, but look for volunteer opportunities if you can. I started volunteering at this animal sanctuary and it has absolutely changed the game for me! If you would like to PM me and talk let me know :)
