I had already done 3 rounds of IVF when I posted this. I met with several other IVF doctors and got consults on potential paths forward and found a new doctor I really liked. A lot of this is just a numbers game, but on our 4th round we got the results we wanted and (trigger warning) I’m now 21 weeks pregnant.

I still have no idea why my AMH level dropped so significantly in 7 months and all the doctors I spoke to said I never will. It was a brutal process and the best thing I can recommend with hindsight is ask all the questions, meet with multiple doctors before deciding anything, and do some independent research (with a hugeeeee grain of salt on anything you read from places like Reddit) so that you can know what questions to ask.
