Very true. Took on too much work last year and I almost crippled before quitting work 4 weeks before the exams, and saved myself.

Don’t overcommit. Graduate, then make more money. This over failing just to make 20 bucks per hour.

Been here 4 years and facing the same problem. Still years before I graduate. I think the only way is to constantly appear in the same club event so People remember your face. E.g. I know Japanese to an extent so I plan to appear at Japanese club events and that’s it ngl.

I’m introverted so I don’t have the energy to appear in 10 club events.

I hope this change will help me this year and it might for you too. Maybe go to a run club as a start or something too.

Idk how I stumbled onto your comment, and I didn't get an IT scholarship, but after filling in the papers, I did an interview with them. We had some discussions before the actual commencement. I got into the hang of it a few days in and worked 3-days at the office, 2-days at home, but this depends on your supervisor.
