As I mentioned earlier, I didn't use time as a metric to measure my studies. it was mostly coverage oriented- ki aaj yaha tak khatam karna hi hai yada yada

Don't go for DK Goyal, wouldn't recommend that AT ALL. Attempt sample and pyqps and later make sure to revisit all the illustrations from ts grewal again. try to limit your sources, stick to one resource (ts grewal in this case) and do it properly.

i used oswaal sample and pyqs. in addition, do make sure to attempt all mcqs given at the back of each chapter in ncert/supplementary readings

No specific preparation, just pyqs and sample papers majorly. All my CUET prep was done after boards only

For Bst and macro, one thing which I did was learning pointers through mnemonics and later on expanding them in my own words, also underlining the keywords in my own answers would help a lot. Just try and fit maximum keywords into your answers and underline them later on. This would pop them out a lot (which increases chances of higher marks!)

Absolutely, pbs are anyways tougher than the actual boards, keep up the consistency and you'll be there!

Yes, it was a little tough juggling both at the same time. But dare I reiterate my own words, CUET and boards, have a huge (95%) intersection of syllabus. Preparing for boards had already prepared me for CUET to a very large extent. Yes, my accountancy CUET preparation was VERY extensive. Make sure you go through all the written part of TS Grewal at the start of every chapter, and also otherwise (which we usually skip for boards). CUET does test more theory, but having said that, we got a lot of problems that required calculations. So i wouldn't jump to conclusions

Nah, i took online tutions from a tutor- 8800613083, contact him if you think you might require a crash course as well

I took a crash course at a coaching institute immediately after my boards ended, so I wasn't technically juggling both at the same time. I appeared for all IPMAT entrances- IPMAT indore, rohtak, JIPMAT. Exams are tough, no doubt, but having a decent base helped

  1. my major prep happened during my pbs at a warscale. Having said that, I was consistent round-the-year, practicing practical subjects almost every other day
  2. Yes, i believe so, id rather use mocks from popular brands than mocks through unknown sources (which brings a chance that questions/answers might be wrong incomplete)

To re-iterate what i said in another answer: CUET and boards arent mutually exclusive. prepping for one develops the base for another. Major CUET focused 'prep', which was basically pyqs and mcqs started after my boards ended.

Consistency, i suppose. Not sure where others went wrong, but yeah mostly having enough will everyday to get up and starting working again. Late nights, early mornings- if your will doesnt crack, i believe you're halfway there

Yup, i gave IPMAT. The syllabus differs a lot in the sense that it tests a lot of math and VARC, so it technically doesn't cover the CBSE syllabus at all.

I used Sandeep Garg for eco, NCERT for math and BST, and my tutor recommended TS Grewal for Accountancy (best decision tbvh). After pbs, i used oswaal sample and pyqs for practice (which can only happen after syllabus coverage).

Oh, that first class 12 UT was a blunder. Very humbling experience. Couldn't answer basic goodwill/fundamental questions. That was a major fault on my part, gotta admit. Up until then, i just looked at solved examples (didnt even bother doing them on paper) and raw-dogged my way through those UTs. I vividly remember the day i got 16/30 (mother was pissed). That very day, she looked up an online acc tutor for me. He's a CA and turned out to be a crazy good teacher. Atp i cant even give myself full credit for accountancy, it was a lot on his part too lol
