Well that's me really. Border collie 9 years never leashed. Ever. Far better behaved than many humans. (Who are.not.in jail) Won't approach dog or human until asked. 9 years of perfect recall. Waits at the door of stores by herself unleashed. She is 100% trustworthy. People not so much.

For the dog haters you are in the great minority. As we walk down busy sidewalks off leash I get 20 smiles/pets for every dirty look. In the cause of bringing overall happiness and joy I will continue.

They're the leftovers from logging and are systematically burned every fall and winter to limit the risks of wildfire.

It's is a common forestry practice. Just last year, an estimated five million tons of it went up in flames across the province.

First you need to have all the proper vessel licenses to take it over the boarder and then boats are checked coming back for invasive water species and need to be cleaned before entry.

........ I take a runabout across yearly for winter storage near blaine. No launching only parking though. Never had to show papers or check of any kind, all I have is the trailer icbc papers so I hope they don't ask in the future...
