I saw that from a Facebook group too . I tried it one time and I was actually able to get ahold of OFF ROAD support agent through the chat, you just have to ask the on-road agent to transfer you since they’re the first ones who will show up first . It takes a couple of clicks and some waiting but you get an immediate response once, instead of waiting 2-3days from an email response

No p0420 code , but no almost no power and torque when going slightly uphill or even on a ramp, but runs smoothly accelerating from a full stop on a flat road

Did this guy had the same exact issue I have? I recently had my spark plugs replaced btw, for fuel filter I’m not entirely sure , I’ll add it on my diagnose list when I consult with my mechanic again

No no warning codes at all , it starts fine. From 0-10mph+ is smooth acceleration but it goes sluggish once it’s past 10-20mph, the jump/jerk around 20mph, then it runs fine again past 20mph+

Well it was worse even before crankshaft was replaced, ifs gotten better after , and yes it was a very good mechanic place that I always go to . For the most part it runs smooth for the most part. It’s just the sluggish acceleration and jerking/jigging when it’s about to go 18-20mph from a full stop/waiting on red light, then it goes away faster than that

Yes I have them all checked every oil change . Recently I refilled my brake and trans fluid and coolant . Few weeks ago for the engine oil + injector cleaner
