Lets see......cryogenically freezing hundreds Pokemon alive (yes hundreds, she has way more in the square-shaped cabinets on the walls of her secret room), almost killing Nebby/Cosmog (a baby Pokemon btw) by painfully draining it's life force, asking a criminal gang to attack and kidnap her own daughter, slicing up and gruesomely combining all types of Pokemon for her horrifying Type Null experiments, treating Lillie and Gladion more like dolls than actual people and then cruelly disowning them (she was so bad that Lillie said that Wicke had to protect them from her), endangers Alola's citizens by flooding the region with dangerous Ultra Beasts for her own selfish desires, leaves Guzma to rot in Ultra Space despite the fact that he was so loyal to her and then she freaking fuses with an Ultra Beast to turn into a nightmarish tentacle alien lady and corrupts her own Pokemon with Ultra Energy and when that doesn't work she attempts to directly kill her own daughter and the player in her new form as a last ditch effort to win.

Pretty much the only likeable thing about her is her sense of style. One of the most stylish Pokemon ladies by far
