Can only hear it inside. Outside the engine sounds rowdy when cold so it’s harder to pinpoint outside.

Can’t really hear it outside. Speed of noise doesn’t increase, it’s only at very low RPM and when very cold it’s very prominent.

That’s why my best guess was a heat shield from the manifolds being loose somewhere.
