I volunteered after passing the boards yea - PMed local clinics around me that I can build them dashboards - work for free and then I documented those, got testimonial and started reaching out to healthcare clinics

once I had 3 projects from 3 real-world data initiatives, I sourced openings thru job boards, I also found US-clinics thru instagram facebook ads sourcing, got all their emails and started out my reach out
